Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL) Players
The Hamilton Bulldogs were a Canadian major junior ice hockey team in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) that began to play in the 2015–16 OHL season, 2015–16 season. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, the Bulldogs played home games at FirstOntario Centre. They were purchased by owner Michael Andlauer in March 2015 and relocated to Hamilton after 34 years in Belleville, Ontario, where they were known as the Belleville Bulls, Bulls. The Bulldogs won J. Ross Robertson Cup, OHL championships in 2018 and 2022. The Bulldogs replaced the American Hockey League Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL), team of the same name, also formerly owned by Andlauer. George Burnett (ice Hockey)
George Burnett (born March 25, 1962) is the Sport management, general manager of the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League. Burnett previously played in the OHL with the London Knights, and later became a two-time Matt Leyden Trophy, OHL Coach of the Year and won an J. Ross Robertson Cup, OHL championship in his first tour of duty with the Guelph Storm. Burnett was head coach and general manager of the Belleville Bulls for 11 seasons, and drafted all three Subban brothers into the OHL; P. K. Subban, Malcolm Subban and Jordan Subban. Burnett briefly coached in the National Hockey League for three seasons. Matt Luff (born May 5, 1997) is a Canadian professional ice hockey winger who is currently playing with the Springfield Thunderbirds in the American Hockey League (AHL). Undrafted, he has played for the Los Angeles Kings, Nashville Predators, and the Detroit Red Wings. Arthur Kaliyev (; born June 26, 2001) is an Uzbekistan-born American professional ice hockey forward for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Jan Jeník (born 15 September 2000) is a Czech professional ice hockey centre for the Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected 65th overall in the 2018 NHL entry draft by the Arizona Coyotes.
