Hamid Estili
Hamid Reza Estili (; born 1 April 1967) is an Iranian football coach and former player. Estili was a member of the Iran national team and is mostly remembered for his memorable goal and goal celebration against the United States at the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Early life Estili was born on 1 April 1967 in Nazi Abad, Tehran. His father was a businessman and his mother a nurse. He began his football playing career with Pas Tehran in 1982. Club career Estili played for Al Qadisiya Kuwait, Bahman, Esteghlal Jonoub, Geylang United and Pas. His best years were spent at Persepolis. After the 1998 FIFA World Cup he signed for FK Austria Wien, however due to unforeseen circumstances, he returned to Iran and played the remaining six years of his career at his beloved Persepolis FC. The 1998 Asian Games (), officially known as the 13th Asian Games () and the XIII Asiad,, or simply Bangkok 1998 (), were an Asian multi-sport event celebrated in Bangkok, Thailand from December 6 to 20, 1998, with 377 events in 36 sports and disciplines participated by 6,554 athletes across the continent. The sporting events commenced on 30 November 1998, a week earlier than the opening ceremony. It is a last time that the multi-sport event would be held in Bangkok until the 2007 Summer Universiade. Mohamad Navazi (, born September 5, 1974) is a retired Iranian football player who mostly played for Esteghlal Tehran, He usually played as a right midfielder. In the Tehran derby played in 2000, he fought with Hamid Estili at the end of the match and was arrested by police. They were imprisoned in Qasr Prison for 3 days. He was suspended for the rest of season. Navazi played for Saba Battery F.C. in the 2006 AFC Champions League group stage. He moved back to Esteghlal in 2006 and played there for two seasons. Pas Tehran Football Club (, ''Bashgah-e Futbal-e Pas Tehran'') was an Iranian football club based in Tehran, Iran. Pas F.C. was the football club of the multisport Pas Cultural and Sports Club.
