Halogen Foundation (Singapore) is an Institute of Public Character and not-for-profit organization in Singapore whose mission is to inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well. Origins Halogen Foundation was started in 1997 in Australia originally called the Young Leaders Foundation. Its hallmark program is the National Young Leaders Days, an annual event initiated in 1997 to develop student leadership in schools. The Foundation exists in five major cities in Australia - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, Western Australia, Perth. Helen Clark
Helen Elizabeth Clark (born 26 February 1950) is a New Zealand politician who served as the 37th prime minister of New Zealand from 1999 to 2008 and was the administrator of the United Nations Development Programme from 2009 to 2017.
