Haixing County () is a county of southeastern Hebei province, China, bordering Shandong to the southeast. It is administered by Cangzhou City, and, , had a population of 220,000 residing in an area of . Both G18 Rongcheng–Wuhai Expressway and G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway pass through the county. Xiaoshan Township, Haixing County
Xiaoshan is one of ten urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, East China. Xiaoshan was formerly a city in its own right, separated by the Qiantang River from Hangzhou proper, but the municipality was annexed by its more populous neighbor in 2001. Xiaoshan has a permanent population with residential rights of around 1,511,000 and an additional non-permanent population of about 876,500. Most of the local residents are Han people who speak a local variety of Wu Chinese in addition to Mandarin Chinese. The area's history of human settlement dates back to more than 8000 years ago, as excavations at Xiaoshan's Kuahuqiao archeological site have shown. Xiangfang District () is one of nine districts of the prefecture-level city of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China. It is an urban district in the pre-1940 part of Harbin, bordering the districts of Daowai to the north, Acheng to the southeast, Pingfang to the southwest, and Nangang to the west. G18 Rongcheng–Wuhai Expressway
The Rongcheng–Wuhai Expressway (), designated as G18 and commonly referred to as the Rongwu Expressway () is an expressway that connects the cities of Rongcheng, Shandong, China, and Wuhai, Inner Mongolia. When fully complete, it will be in length. The expressway is complete from Weihai, Shandong to Bazhou, Hebei. The Baojin Expressway () is a highway in north China, linking Baoding in Hebei province with Tianjin municipality. The expressway was first built in 1995 and opened to the general motoring public in mid-December 1999. It links Baoding, Xushui, Rongcheng and heads east toward Tianjin, linking Xiongxian and Bazhou.
