Haile WSTRN
WSTRN (a disemvoweling of the word Western, which is also pronounced) are a British hip hop/ R&B group from West London consisting of Akelle Charles, Haile (born Ras Haile Alexander), and Louis Rei (born Louis-Rae Beadle). Their debut single, " In2", was released on 20 July 2015, and peaked at number 4 on the UK Singles Chart. Louis Rei was formerly known as LB and Akelle was formerly known as A-Star. Haile has featured on several tracks as a solo artist, including "Can't Blame Me" by Nines. Background WSTRN consists of Akelle Charles, Haile and Louis Rei. The name bears no relevance to westerns; according to the band, the name represents positive vibrations and to them means that it is "West London's turn to shut down the scene". West London
West London is the western part of London, England, north of the River Thames, west of the City of London, and extending to the Greater London boundary. MOBO Awards
The MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin, also known as the MOBOs) are an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in " music of black origin", including hip hop, grime, UK Drill, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, gospel, and Bantu music. The MOBO Awards were founded by Kanya King and Andy Ruffell. The first ever award was presented to Baby D, in the Best Dance Act category. The inaugural awards were broadcast by Carlton Television from London's Connaught Rooms. In 2009, the ceremony was held for the first time in Glasgow. Prior to that, it had been held in London. "Got Love" is a song by English R&B/rap trio WSTRN. It was produced by Parallel, a collective consisting of Angel and prgrshn. The song was released on 2 December 2015 for free download upon subscribing to their mailing list, and was also released via digital retailers on 4 December. An accompanying video was also released on 4 December, directed by Morgan Keyz, who shot the original video for " In2". The group have expressed via Twitter that the song "isn't the next single".
