Hahnbach
Hahnbach is a municipality in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach in Bavaria in Germany. There are living at the moment about 5000 people. The most important districts are: Fronbergsiedlung, Friedhofsiedlung, Süd 3, Markt. About 2000 of the 5000 people are not living in Hahnbach by itself, they are living in villages like Dürnsricht or Iber, which are in the area of Hahnbach. SSince 2014, the Mayor of Hahnbach is Bernhard Lindner (CSU). The CSU is the most popular party in Hahnbach, at the last election they got more than 75% of the votes, at place two was the SPD with at least 20% of the votes. The most important objects of interest are the Amberger Tor and the Fahrraddenkmal, which shows a biker holding his bike. The church in Hahnbach is called St. Jakobus Church. Daniel Siegert
Daniel Siegert (born 11 February 1991 in Hahnbach, Bavaria) is a German singer and winner of the first season of the German version of ''Star Search''. Early life Daniel Siegert is the youngest of three brothers, born in Hahnbach, Bavaria, where he still lives today. He graduated with Abitur from Max-Reger-Gymnasium in the neighbouring city of Amberg in 2010. Star Search In 2003, Daniel took part in the German version of ''Star Search'', '' Star Search – Das Duell der Stars von Morgen'' (''Star Search – The Duel of the Stars of Tomorrow''), in the category "Music Act von 10 bis 15 Jahren" ("Music act age 10 to 15 years"). Andreas Raselius
Andreas Raselius, also known as Andreas Rasel (c. 1563 – 6 January 1602) was a German composer and ''kapellmeister'' during the Renaissance. He worked for much of his career as a teacher and cantor in Regensburg, before being appointed as the court conductor of the Elector Palatine in Heidelberg. He is today best noted as the author of a cycle of motets for use throughout the year, the first such cycle to be composed in the German language, which was published in 1594. Early life and education Raselius was born at Hahnbach in the Upper Palatinate of Bavaria around 1563. He was the son of Thomas Raselius or Rasel, a Lutheran preacher. Amberg-Sulzbach () is a ''Landkreis'' (district) in Bavaria, Germany. It surrounds but does not include the city of Amberg.
