''Habba'' () is a 1999 Indian Kannada-language drama film written and directed by D. Rajendra Babu. The film has an ensemble cast including Vishnuvardhan, Ambareesh, Devaraj, Jayapradha, Urvashi, Shashikumar, Ramkumar, Vijayalakshmi, Kasthuri and Charulatha. The movie was produced by Bharathi Devi for Chinni Chitra productions. The movie became a blockbuster and ran for more than 25 weeks. The film was remade in Telugu in 2002 as ''Chandravamsam'' starring Krishna. The movie was loosely based on the Pandavas's exile episode in the Virata Parva of ''Mahabharata''. Nanditha (born 28 February) is an Indian singer. Best known as a playback singer in the Kannada film industry, she sings in other languages such as Tamil and Telugu. Nanditha began her playback career from the film ''Habba'' (1998). Since then, she has won numerous awards including the Karnataka State Film Awards and Filmfare Awards South for her singing. ''Chandravamsam'' () is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language family drama film directed by V. Umakant. The film features an ensemble cast starring Krishna, Suman, Naresh, Sivaji, Rohit, Jayaprada, Radhika Varma, Rupa, Sridevi, Eepshitha and Saipriya.
