The Habaguanex S.A. is a Cuban hospitality company which was founded by the Office of the Historian of Havana City and directed by Eusebio Leal. History The Habaguanex Tourist Company was founded on 6 January 1994. Habaguanex S.A. offers a historical hospitality experience with high architectural, cultural and historical significance, mainly in Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982. The company dedicated some of its ihe income to restore the historic centre of the city and to improve the living conditions of the local population. The company was administered by the Oficina del Historiador de la Ciudad de la Habana (OHCH). In 2012, the Habaguanex Tourist Company was tangled in a corruption affair. The Hotel Ambos Mundos (, '' Both Worlds Hotel'') is a hotel in Havana, Cuba. Built with a square form with five floors, it has an eclectic set of characteristics of 20th-century style architecture. Eusebio Leal Spengler (11 September 194231 July 2020) was a Cuban historian. He served as the municipal historian of Havana, as well as the director of the restoration project of Old Havana. Under his oversight, the historic centre of the capital city became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. He also authored books and hosted radio and television programs that recounted the city and its history. Early life Leal was born in Havana on 11 September 1942. ''Cimex'' is a genus of insects in the family Cimicidae. ''Cimex'' species are ectoparasites that typically feed on the blood of birds and mammals.
