The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF; , ΤΑΙΠΕΔ) is a Greek state-owned asset management company that controls a number of state owned enterprises. It is a direct subsidiary of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations. HRADF exploits the assets of Greece that have been assigned to it and manages the implementation of the privatization program in Greece, specifically, the implementation of the Asset Development Plan (ADP). Public Gas Corporation of Greece S.A. (corporation), A.E. (DEPA; ) commonly known for its Greek abbreviation DEPA () is the natural gas supply company of Greece. The registered office of the company is based in Irakleio, Attica, Irakleio, Athens. It operates within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Development (Greece), Ministry of Development. The chairman is Ioannis Papadopoulos, and Konstantinos Xifaras is CEO. In 2005, in order to liberalise the natural gas market, DESFA was created as a fully owned subsidiary to transport natural gas within Greece. Hellenic Train S.A., formerly TrainOSE S.A. (), is a private railway company in Greece which operates passenger and freight trains on OSE lines. Hellenic Train employs train crews, operators and manages most of the rail services throughout the Greek railway network, leasing rolling stock owned by GAIAOSE except for ETR 470 trains. The company was a subsidiary of the Hellenic Railways Organisation (OSE) until 2008, when it became an independent state-owned company until its privatisation in 2017.
