Guysborough-Sheet Harbour
Guysborough-Tracadie is a provincial electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada, that elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. It was created in 1867 as Guysborough. It included all of Guysborough County and elected two members to the House of Assembly. In 1933, the number of members elected was reduced to one. In 1993, the name was changed to Guysborough–Port Hawkesbury as the town of Port Hawkesbury was added to the district. In 2003 it was renamed Guysborough–Sheet Harbour as it gained an eastern area from Eastern Shore and lost Port Hawkesbury to Inverness. In 2013, following the recommendations of the 2012 Electoral Boundaries Commission, the district was renamed Guysborough–Eastern Shore–Tracadie and gained the area east of the Tracadie River from Antigonish. Greg Morrow (politician)
Greg Morrow (born May 25, 1981) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 2021 Nova Scotia general election. He represents the riding of Guysborough-Tracadie as a member of the Progressive Conservative Association of Nova Scotia. On August 31, 2021, Morrow was made Minister of Agriculture. The Nova Scotia Liberal Party (officially the Liberal Association of Nova Scotia) is a centrist provincial political party in Nova Scotia, Canada and the provincial section of the Liberal Party of Canada. Alexander Angus "Tando" MacIsaac (July 18, 1907 – October 29, 1968) was a Nova Scotia politician and Member of the Legislature for Guysborough. MacIsaac was first elected in the June 7, 1960, general election with a 189-vote margin. He was re-elected in the October 8, 1963, general election by 349 votes, and again in the May 30, 1967, general election by 329 votes.
