Guy Allison
Guy Allison (born April 23, 1959) is an American musician. He was the touring keyboardist for the Doobie Brothers from 1996 to 2015 and was featured on their 2000 release ''Sibling Rivalry''. Biography His first record deal was signed with a band called Lodgic on A&M Records in 1985. This band included Michael Sherwood, Billy Sherwood, Jimmy Haun and Gary Starnes. The band was discovered by the 80's group Toto and was subsequently produced by Toto members David Paich and Steve Porcaro (also credited are Greg Ladanyi and Tom Knox). Although the album ''Nomadic Sands'' failed to chart in the U.S., the first single ''Lonely Man'' was featured in the movie '' Prince of Bel Air'', starring Mark Harmon & Kirstie Alley. Marcie Michelle Free (born Mark Edward Free; April 12, 1954) is an American rock singer, best known as the lead singer of King Kobra, Signal and Unruly Child. History Early career, King Kobra, and Signal (1973–1989) Free started singing professionally at the age of 19 while living in Flint, Michigan. In 1975, Free moved to Las Vegas, which eventually led to her relocating to Los Angeles in 1979. Free met Carmine Appice in 1983, shortly before Appice was fired from Ozzy Osbourne's backing band. Bruce Gowdy
Bruce Betts Gowdy is an American guitarist, best known for his work with World Trade, Stone Fury, and Unruly Child. Biography Early work included being the lead guitarist in the short-lived science fiction themed Disneyland rock band Halyx, for which he composed some of the original songs. Gowdy was a founding member of World Trade with Billy Sherwood and Guy Allison. He and Sherwood were temporarily proposed as replacements for Trevor Rabin and Jon Anderson respectively in Yes in the late 1980s. Allison and Gowdy continued writing together, which led to the formation of Unruly Child. He was also a member of Stone Fury and has worked with musician Mercedes. Keith Alan Olsen (May 12, 1945 – March 9, 2020) was an American record producer and sound engineer, who worked with Magnum, Rick Springfield, Fleetwood Mac, Ozzy Osbourne, Grateful Dead, Whitesnake, Pat Benatar, Heart, Santana, Saga, Foreigner, Scorpions, Journey, The Babys, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Joe Walsh, 38 Special, and Eric Burdon & the Animals, among others. The Moody Blues were an English rock band formed in Birmingham in May 1964. The band initially consisted of Graeme Edge (drums), Denny Laine (guitar/vocals), Mike Pinder (keyboards/vocals), Ray Thomas (multi-instrumentalist/vocals) and Clint Warwick (bass/vocals). Patrick Philippe Moraz (born 24 June 1948) is a Swiss musician, film composer and songwriter, best known for his tenures as keyboardist in the rock bands Yes and the Moody Blues. Born into a musical family, Moraz learned music at a young age and studied at the Lausanne Conservatory. He began a music career in the 1960s as a jazz musician, performing with his quartet and quintet, groups that performed across Europe and won several awards. He formed the short-lived progressive rock group Mainhorse in 1969, and began work scoring films. Greg Ladanyi (July 6, 1952 – September 29, 2009) was an American record producer and recording engineer of Hungarian descent, known for his work with many musicians, including Jackson Browne, Warren Zevon, The Church, Caifanes, Anna Vissi, Toto, Fleetwood Mac, Don Henley, and Jeff Healey. Biography Ladanyi began his career by working on '' Hasten Down the Wind'' under the tutelage of engineer/producer Val Garay.
