William Lee Gullickson (born February 20, 1959) is an American former Major League Baseball pitcher who played professionally in Canada, the U.S. and Japan, during an 18-year professional career, of which 14 seasons were spent in MLB. Thomas Edward Gullickson (born August 14, 1950) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He has served as an apostolic nuncio in the Holy See diplomatic corps since 2004. Gullickson was posted to Switzerland and Liechtenstein from 2015 until his retirement at the end of 2020. Early years Born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, United States, Thomas Gullickson was ordained to the priesthood for the Diocese of Sioux Falls by Bishop Lambert Hoch on July 27, 1976. Lloyd Gullickson
Lloyd F. Gullickson (March 23, 1899 – May 7, 1982) was an American professional golfer who played in the early-to-mid 20th century. As an amateur he won the 1917 and 1918 Chicago Amateur Championships, on both occasions using borrowed clubs. He turned professional in 1919 and later posted good finishes in the U.S. Open and PGA Championship. His best U.S. Open finish was T28 in 1922 and his best PGA Championship effort came in 1920 when he finished T17. Gullickson won the 1934 Ohio Open as well as six other professional tournaments. Early life Gullickson, who was born in 1899 in Illinois, learned golf by first starting out as a caddie at the Jackson Park Golf Course in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up under difficult circumstances when he became orphaned at age 11 when his mother, a poor upholsterer, died. Carly Gullickson (born November 26, 1986) is an American former professional tennis player. Her best singles ranking is No. 123, which she reached in July 2009. Her career-high doubles ranking is No. 52, achieved in April 2006 at age 19. She is the daughter of former Major League baseball player Bill Gullickson, and the older sister of tennis player Chelsey Gullickson. Carly won the 2009 US Open mixed-doubles event, partnering with Travis Parrott. Gullickson retired from tennis in 2013. She married Australian tennis coach Cameron Eagle. Chelsey Gullickson (born August 29, 1990) is an American former professional tennis player. Her highest WTA singles ranking is 399, which she reached in June 2008. Her career-high in doubles is 665, which she reached in July 2008. She is the sister of professional tennis player Carly Gullickson and daughter of former major league baseball pitcher Bill Gullickson. She won the 2010 NCAA Women's Tennis Championship in singles for the University of Georgia. Ted Gullicksen
Ted Gullicksen (1953 – October 14, 2014) was an influential social justice activist from San Francisco and the "office manager" (an intentionally modest title) of the progressive tenant rights collective San Francisco Tenants Union from 1988 until his death in October, 2014. His collectivism, discipline, and strategic acumen resulted in unparalleled electoral success and influence for the otherwise out-resourced progressive movement. Born in Quincy, Massachusetts, and raised in nearby Weymouth, he graduated from Weymouth High School in 1971.
