Guiyang County
Guiyang County () is a county in Hunan Province, China. It is under the administration of Chenzhou prefecture-level City. Located on the southern part of the province, it is adjacent to the east of the city proper in Chenzhou. The county is bordered to the north by Changning and Leiyang Cities, to the west by Xintian and Jiahe Counties, to the south by Linwu County, and to the east by Suxian and Beihu Districts. Heye Town () is a rural town in Guiyang County, Hunan, China. As of the 2011 census it had a population of 27,600 and an area of . It borders Lutang Town in the east and north, Jinjiang Town in the south, and Fangyuan Town in the west. Fangyuan Township () is a rural Township (Taiwan), township in Changhua County, Taiwan. History People have been immigrated from Fujian to the area since around 1640 CE, where they practiced fishing and traded with people in Fujian. The area was then known as Fanzaiwa. The place was then renamed Sunayama Village during the Taiwan under Japanese rule, Japanese rule of Taiwan because of the sand dunes of the area. After the Retrocession Day, handover of Taiwan from Japan to the Republic of China (1912–1949), Republic of China in 1945, it became part of Taichung County.
