Guillaume Rocquelin
Guillaume Rocquelin (born 14 August 1974) is a French Formula One engineer. He is currently the Head of Driver Academy at the Red Bull Racing Formula One team, and was formerly the Head of Race Engineering from 2015 to 2022. He is the former race engineer of four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel. Career Rocquelin, or “Rocky” as he is generally referred to at Red Bull, studied engineering at the Grenoble Institute of Technology. He began his motorsport career in the United States, working as a trackside engineer in CART / IndyCar racing for PacWest with Mark Blundell and then later at Newman-Haas. Rocquelin then moved to Red Bull Racing in Formula One in 2006, starting as David Coulthard's race engineer, where he worked until 2008. Gianpiero Lambiase (born 14 October 1980), often known as GP, is an Italian-British Formula One engineer. He is currently the Head of Racing and also serves as Race Engineer for Max Verstappen at the Oracle Red Bull Racing team. Career Born in Bedford to Italian parents, Lambiase started his Formula One career in 2005 with Jordan and worked with the Silverstone outfit through its numerous guises for 11 years, even after the team was transformed into Midland, Spyker, and Force India. The Red Bull Junior Team is a driver development programme operated by Austrian conglomerate company Red Bull GmbH to identify and develop talent in open-wheel racing.
