Guernica Mancini
Guernica Mancini (born ) is a Swedish musician. She is the lead vocalist of the hard rock group The Gems. Mancini was formerly the lead vocalist of the rock group Thundermother, having parted ways with the band in early February 2023. Biography Mancini was 14 years old when she formed the all-female band "Banda Sept" which performed live all over Sweden. In 2007, Mancini enrolled at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles where she won a songwriting contest which led her to record with Black Eyed Peas music producer Darryl Swann. After leaving Musicians Institute, she formed the all-female band "Inglourious", performing at music venues around the United States such as House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, The Key and The Roxy. Napalm Records is an Austrian independent record label focused on heavy metal, hard rock and folk/folk rock/folk metal. Thundermother
Thundermother is an all-female Swedish hard rock band founded by Filippa Nässil and Moa Munoz in Växjö 2009. The band has toured with Scorpions across Europe and North America, played with Kiss, Danish rock band D-A-D and Swedish rock band Backyard Babies. Thundermother has produced seven albums, the first album ''Rock'N'Roll Disaster'' came out in 2014 and the latest album ''Dirty and Divine'' was released February 2025. Formation Since the beginning, the band Thundermother has consisted of all-female musicians expect the first lineup. The band has struggled with internal problems, including many defections from band members and internal cooperation difficulties. Darryl Swann is an American record producer, songwriter, educator and musician. Triple platinum award winner, and produced the vocal performance for the Grammy Award-winning Best Female Pop Vocal in 2001. He has worked with prominent artists including, John Frusciante, Macy Gray, The Black Eyed Peas, Greg Hetson, Ryatt, and Mos Def, among others. He has also done substantial work for Atlantic Records, Sony Records, and Universal Records. The Roxy (New York City)
The Roxy (sometimes Roxy NYC) was a popular nightclub and former disco roller rink located at 515 West 18th Street in New York City. Located in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, it began as a roller disco in 1978, founded by Steve Bauman, Richard Newhouse and Steve Greenberg. It was acquired in 1985 by Gene DiNino. The Roxy shut down permanently in March 2007. Operation Beginning in the early 1980s, the owners began hosting private party nights. Jeffrey "Jeff" Young (born March 31, 1962) is an American guitarist. He graduated from Musicians Institute in 1985, and is best known for his time with the thrash metal band Megadeth, appearing on the 1988 album '' So Far, So Good... So What!'' (Capitol Records).
