The Gualeguaychú Department (in Spanish, ''Departamento Gualeguaychú'') is an administrative subdivision (''departamento'') of the province of Entre Ríos, Argentina. Departments () form the second level of administrative division (below the Provinces of Argentina, provinces), and are subdivided in Municipalities of Argentina, municipalities.
