Grube (saxony)
Grube is a municipality in the district of Ostholstein, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated near the Baltic Sea coast, approx. 15 km south of Heiligenhafen, and 45 km northeast of Lübeck. Ostholstein
Ostholstein (; ) is a district in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is bounded by (from the southwest and clockwise) the districts of Stormarn, Segeberg and Plön, the Baltic Sea and the city of Lübeck. Geographically, the district covers the vast majority of what is considered to be the peninsular of Wagria. Geography The district consists of the Wagria peninsula between the Bay of Lübeck and the Bay of Kiel, the island of Fehmarn, the eastern part of the region called Holstein Switzerland and the northern suburbs of Lübeck. Holsatian Switzerland is an area full of lakes and woody hills, which is shared with the adjoining district of Plön. Baltic Sea
The Baltic Sea is an arm of the Atlantic Ocean that is enclosed by the countries of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Sweden, and the North European Plain, North and Central European Plain regions. It is the world's largest brackish water basin. The sea stretches from 53°N to 66°N latitude and from 10°E to 30°E longitude. Heiligenhafen
Heiligenhafen (; Holsatian: ''Hilligenhaven'') is a town in the district of Ostholstein, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated on the Baltic Sea coast, opposite the island Fehmarn, approx. 60 km northeast of Lübeck, and 55 km east of Kiel. Geography The town centre is located on a small bight, the ''binnensee'' (inland lake) from which the west of the town has been separated. Two headlands are located off the coast: ''Steinwarder'' and ''Graswarder'', the latter one is a bird sanctuary. Economy A little fishing port and a marina with about 1000 moorings is located at the open part of the bight close to the town centre. Tourism is an important part of the economy of the town. Every summer the main attraction is a 10-day festival called 'Hafenfest Tage' (harbour festival) which attracts visitors from all over the country. Lübeck
