James Otto
James Allen Otto (born July 29, 1973) is an American country music singer and songwriter. Otto began his career on Mercury Nashville Records in 2002, charting three minor singles on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs charts and recording his debut album ''Days of Our Lives'' for the label before being dropped in 2004. In late 2007, he signed to Warner Bros. Records. His second album, '' Sunset Man'', was released in April 2008. It was co-produced by Otto, along with John Rich of Big & Rich and Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts, the latter of whom is Otto's brother-in-law. The lead-off single to ''Sunset Man'', " Just Got Started Lovin' You", became Otto's first Number One hit, as well as the Number One country single of 2008 according to ''Billboard''. The album includes two singles, "Groovy Little Summer Song" and "Soldiers & Jesus". Prior to its release, Otto charted the single "Since You Brought It Up", which was not included on an album. Alan Gordon ("Big Al") Anderson (born July 26, 1947) is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. In the 1960s, Anderson was the frontman of Connecticut-based band the Wildweeds, whose song "No Good To Cry" (written by Anderson) was a regional success in 1967. From December 1971 until December 1993, he was the lead guitarist in the band NRBQ, and released several solo albums. He also played electric guitar on Jonathan Edwards's 1973 album '' Have a Good Time for Me''. Carson Chamberlain (born in Berea, Kentucky) is an American songwriter, record producer and session musician who works mainly in the field of country music. He worked as a bandleader and steel guitarist for Keith Whitley until Whitley died in 1989. Afterward, he worked as a touring manager for Alan Jackson and Clint Black. Chamberlain became an A&R director at Mercury Nashville in 1994, but later retired from that position. He has also worked as a record producer for several Mercury acts, including Mark Wills, Billy Currington and Easton Corbin. Paul Worley (born February 16, 1950 in Nashville) is an American record producer and session guitarist, known primarily for his work in country music. Formerly a vice president at Sony BMG, he later joined the staff of Warner Bros. Records' Nashville division as chief creative officer. Since leaving Warner in the early 2000s, Worley has worked mainly as a record producer for other acts including Big & Rich, as well as an occasional session guitarist. He is mostly known as the co- producer (with Victoria Shaw) of the self-titled debut album of Lady Antebellum (2008) and as one of the producers of their second album, '' Need You Now'' (2010).
