Grigory Yaroslavtsev
Grigory Yaroslavtsev is a Russian-American computer scientist. He was an assistant professor of computer science at George Mason University and a visiting faculty at Stanford University. Previously he was an assistant professor of computer science at Indiana University and the founding director of the Center for Algorithms and Machine Learning (CAML) at Indiana University. Yaroslavtsev is best known for his work on representation learning and optimization in AI, massively parallel computing and algorithms for big data, clustering analysis including correlation clustering, and privacy in network analysis and targeted search. International Olympiad In Informatics
The International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) is an annual competitive programming competition and one of the International Science Olympiads Student competition, for secondary school students. The first IOI was held in 1989 in Pravetz, Bulgaria. Each country sends a team of up to four students, plus one team leader, one deputy leader, and guests. Students in each country are selected for their country's team through #Feeder competitions, national computing contests. Students at the IOI compete on an individual basis.
