Grigory Fedotov Stadium was a multi-use stadium in Moscow, Russia. It was initially used as the stadium of PFC CSKA Moscow matches. The capacity of the stadium was 10,000 spectators. It was named after for former CSKA striker, Grigory Fedotov. It was located between Peschanye ulitsy (Sand streets) district and Khodynka Field at the Park of Birch Grove. Andrei Antonovich Grechko (, ; – 26 April 1976) was a Marshal of the Soviet Union (from 1955). He was Minister of Defence of the Soviet Union from 1967 to 1976. Khodynka Field (russian: Ходынское поле, ''Khodynskoye pole'') is a large open space in the north-west of Moscow, at the beginning of the present day Leningradsky Prospect. It takes its name from the small Khodynka River which used to cross the neighbourhood. The field is close to several Moscow Metro stations including Dinamo and Aeroport on the Zamoskvoretskaya Line, and Oktyabrskoe Pole on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line, which is named after Khodynka field. VEB Arena ( rus, «ВЭБ-Арена»), known as Arena CSKA due to UEFA sponsorship regulations, is a multi-use stadium in Khodynka Field, Moscow, Russia, that was completed in 2016.
