Grigor Meliksetyan
Grigor Meliksetyan (, born on 18 August 1986 in Yerevan) is an Armenian football player, who plays as a goalkeeper. Club career Grigor Meliksetyan is a graduate football school Pyunik Yerevan. Pyunik won the 2007 Armenian Premier League with Meliksetyan as the second goalkeeper. Already in 2008, he was the first goalkeeper of the Yerevan club. Pyunik became 2008 Armenian Premier League champion again the next year. After the 2008 season, Meliksetyan was awarded the "Most Reliable Goalkeeper" title by the Football Federation of Armenia. William Grigor
Dr. William Grigor (179824 November 1857) was a Scottish-born physician, legislative councillor, and politician. Early life and education William Grigor was born in 1798 in Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland. Grigor received his early education in Scotland. He studied medicine and attended lectures at the University of Edinburgh Medical School from 1814 to 1816. In 1817, he earned his qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons upon passing an exam in Edinburgh. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 1819. Career After his studies, Grigor immigrated to the Colony of Nova Scotia, practicing in Antigonish and Truro for a few years before establishing a medical practice in Halifax in 1824. James Grigor (1811?–1848), was a botanist. Grigor was the author of the ‘Eastern Arboretum, or Register of Remarkable Trees, Seats, Gardens, &c., in the County of Norfolk,’ London 18 0-1, with fifty etched plates, issued in fifteen numbers. George Edward Grigor (September 3, 1916 – October 7, 1979) was a Canadian ice hockey centre who played 2 games in the National Hockey League for the Chicago Black Hawks during the 1943–44 season. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1936 to 1948, was mainly spent in senior leagues. Grigor Vachkov, often called Grishata (; 26 May 1932 – 18 March 1980) was a Bulgarian theater and film actor, honored with the award of "People's actor" in the People's Republic of Bulgaria. Gregory of Tatev, or Grigor Tatevatsi () (1346–1409 or 1410) was an Armenian philosopher, theologian and a saint in the Armenian Apostolic Church. Gregory was born in Tmkaberd in Georgia or Vayots Dzor in Siunik. He was educated at the monasteries of Tatev and Metzop. Gregory was a faithful Miaphysite, at a time when the Armenian church was building relations with the Dyophysite Roman Catholic Church. He wrote against uniting the Armenian church with Rome.
