Gregory S. Lucas (born September 15, 1960) was a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He represented the 5th District. His district consisted of parts of Erie County including Edinboro and Washington Township, as well as most of western Crawford County. Lucas is a graduate of General McLane High School. Washington Township is a township in Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 4,396 at the 2020 census, down from 4,432 at the 2010 census. The township surrounds the borough of Edinboro. Geography Washington Township is in south-central Erie County, bordered to the south by Crawford County. Interstate 79 passes through the western part of the township, with access from Exit 166 ( U.S. Route 6N). John R. (born John Richbourg, August 20, 1910 – February 15, 1986) was an American radio disc jockey who attained fame in the 1950s and 1960s for playing rhythm and blues music on Nashville radio station WLAC. He was also a notable record producer and artist manager. Richbourg was arguably the most popular and charismatic of the four announcers at WLAC who showcased popular African-American music in nightly programs from the late 1940s to the early 1970s. (The other three were Gene Nobles, Herman Grizzard, and Bill "Hoss" Allen.) Later rock music disc jockeys, such as Alan Freed and Wolfman Jack, mimicked Richbourg's practice of using speech that simulated African-American street language of the mid-twentieth century.
