Grażyna Józefa Rabsztyn (; born September 20, 1952, in Wrocław) is a retired Polish hurdler. She represented her country at the Summer Olympics on three occasions (1972–1980) and was a finalist each time (twice placing fifth). Rabsztyn set three world records in 100 m hurdles. On June 10, 1978, she became the first runner under 12.5 seconds with a new record of 12.48 seconds. She had the same time a year later, on June 18, 1979, and finally, on June 13, 1980, she had her best time ever, 12.36 seconds. Her world record was matched and later beaten by Yordanka Donkova. Rabsztyn's then world record time gives her the eleventh place in the all-time list of 100 m hurdlers. Grażyna Szapołowska (; born 19 September 1953) is a Polish film and theatre actress. Life and career She was born in Bydgoszcz. The father was of Latvian-Polish descent, and mother, Wanda, was Lithuanian-Polish descent. She has a sister, Lidia, who is 11 years older. After passing the baccalauréat she joined at Wroclaw Theatre of Pantomime. In 1977 she graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. From 1977 until 1984 she was in the theatrical company of the National Theatre, Warsaw. Grażyna Pstrokońska-Nawratil (born 16 July 1947) is a Polish composer and music educator. Life Grażyna Pstrokońska-Nawratil was born in Wrocław, Poland. She studied composition at the State School of Music in Wrocław with Stefan Bolesław Poradowski and Tadeusz Natanson, and in France under Pierre Boulez and Olivier Messiaen. She took courses at the Institut de Recherche et de Coordination Acoustique/Musique in Paris and studied Iannis Xenakis's music in Aix-en-Provence. After completing her studies, Pstrokońska-Nawratil took a position in 1971 at the State School of Music in Wrocław, becoming a professor in 1993 and later Chair of Composition and Music Theory.
