Gramofon is a record label and event agency founded in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2003. It is the biggest music label of alternative music in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2003, Gramofon has organized more than 200 concerts and music events. It is also the organizer of the Sarajevo Jazz Festival and Xenophonia festival. Gramofon is the exclusive distributor for Bosnia and Herzegovina of the labels ECM Records, Enja Records, ACT Music, Doublemoon Records, Pi Recordings, ESC Records, and Intakt Records Intakt Records is an independent record label, based in Zürich, Switzerland. My Music (Sikter's Album)
''My Music'' is the third and most successful studio album by Bosnian alternative rock band Sikter. It was released on 21 August 2005 by Bosnian label Gramofon. Album was recorded from 2003 to 2005 at MML Studio in Sarajevo and mixed at MGKS Studio in Sarajevo 2005. Cover of album was made by bassist of the band Dragan Rokvić. Sikter had great success with this album and they won "Best Music Video" award on Davorin Music Awards 2006 for music video of title song "My Music". Critical reception was mostly positive and this album was supported by the DVD ''My Documents''. Release The first and only single taken from the album, "Don't You Miss Me", was released on 27 May 2005. It was written and produced by Enes Zlatar and Dragan Rokvić. Except original version there are three remixes of the song, remixed and produced by Bosnian artists: Edward EQ, DJ Ahmaad, Basheskia and Branski. Sikter was a Bosnian alternative rock band from Sarajevo. The band was formed in 1990 as a punk rock project of a few students, but became one of the most successful Bosnian rock bands. The name of the band is translated as ''Buzz Off''! From 1990 onwards, they changed lineups many times, as well as musical styles. Their first songs were parodies of Yugoslavian pop songs. Sikter became the first band from Bosnia and Herzegovina whose video "Pain in Brain" was broadcast on MTV for several months. They recorded four albums: '' Now, Always, Never'' in 2000, '' Queen of the Disco'' in 2002, '' My Music'' in 2005 and '' Ego Trip'' in 2009. The album ''Now, Always, Never'' was produced by English musician Brian Eno. History Sikter was formed in spring 1990 in Sarajevo. Adi Lukovac
Adi Lukovac (9 September 1970 – 18 June 2006) was a Bosnian musician, best known as the pioneer of electronic music in Bosnia and Herzegovina and leader of the Bosnian industrial band Adi Lukovac & The Ornaments. Lukovac founded the band Ornamenti (''The Ornaments'') during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina 1992. In 1996 he founded the label ''Post War Sound Records'' (PWS). With the band Ornamenti, two albums were recorded: ''Pomjeranja'' (''Movements'') in 1999 and ''Fluid'' in 2001. He had also worked on many other music projects as a solo artist. On June 18, 2006, Lukovac died in a car accident near the town Ilidža, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Biography Adi Lukovac was born 1970 in Sarajevo. Amira Medunjanin (; born 23 April 1972) is a Bosnian singer and interpreter of sevdalinka. She holds both citizenship of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bojan Zulfikarpašić ( sr-cyr, Бојан Зулфикарпашић), known professionally as Bojan Z. (born February 2, 1968) is a Serbian jazz pianist. Early life He started playing and studying piano at the age of 5 in music school "Kosta Manojlović" in Zemun. As a teenager, he started playing in bands on Belgrade jazz scene, where he received an award as the Best Young Jazz Musician of Yugoslavia award in 1989. Since 1988 Bojan moved to Paris, France, where he developed a successful career as a pianist, composer and producer.
