Graham Ward (musician)
Graham Ward is a British drummer, arranger, writer and record producer. He started his playing career at 14 with the UK's NYJO before taking up the drum chair in the London production of CATs(1981). He has played and toured with Paul McCartney, Elaine Paige, Paul Young, the Pussycat Dolls, Tom Jones, Murray Head, Nick Heyward, Fred Durst, the Wu-Tang Clan, Tokio Hotel, and N8N. He has lived in London and L.A. and is currently based in Cape Town where he runs his own production company, Wardwide-Music. ''Doll Domination'' is the second and final studio album by American girl group the Pussycat Dolls, released on September 19, 2008, by Interscope Records. The album's release was preceded by the departure of the group's longest-standing member Carmit Bachar. Development began in February 2008 where the group worked with previous collaborators Sean Garrett, Polow da Don and Timbaland and new ones such as Darkchild, J-Roc and Chase N. Cashe. ''Other Voices'' is the fourth studio album by English singer Paul Young. Released in June 1990, the album peaked at No. 4 on the UK Albums Chart and has been certified gold by the British Phonographic Industry for UK sales in excess of 100,000 copies. The album contains four UK singles: " Softly Whispering I Love You" (UK #21), "Heaven Can Wait" (UK #71), " Calling You" (UK #57), and a cover of the Chi-Lites' hit " Oh Girl" (UK #25, U.S. #8). The album followed the pattern of Young's first three albums combining cover versions with original songs. ''Press to Play'' is the sixth solo studio album by English musician Paul McCartney, released on 25 August 1986. It was McCartney's first album of entirely new music since '' Pipes of Peace'' in 1983, and his first solo album to be issued internationally by EMI following a six-year alliance with Columbia Records in the United States and Canada. Keen to re-establish himself after his poorly received 1984 musical film ''Give My Regards to Broad Street'', McCartney enlisted producer Hugh Padgham to give the album a contemporary sound. ''Stages'' is an album by Elaine Paige, released in 1983 on the Warner Music and K-tel labels and has been re-issued on CD. The album charted in the UK album charts at #2 in 1983. Background ''Stages'' was the first of a number of Paige's recordings to be produced by Tony Visconti, who had previously worked with David Bowie, The Moody Blues and Mary Hopkin. It featured a number of songs from musicals including tracks from shows in which she had appeared. Production The album was primarily recorded at Visconti's Good Earth Studios other than for the track "Tomorrow" which was taped at Olympic Studios. Dame Elaine Jill Paige (born Elaine Jill Bickerstaff, 5 March 1948) is an English singer and actress, best known for her work in musical theatre. Nicholas Heyward (born 20 May 1961) is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist. He came to international attention in the early 1980s as the lead singer and songwriter for Haircut One Hundred.
