Graeme McCarter
Graeme John McCarter (born 10 October 1992) is an international cricketer who represents Ireland. He played matches for the national team in 2014 and 2015 before being dropped and reselected to represent them in 2021. At domestic level, he has played for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club since 2012, having joined the club's academy in 2008. In June 2012, he signed a contract with Gloucestershire till the end of the 2014 season. He made his One Day International debut against Scotland in September 2014. He made his Twenty20 International debut against Scotland on 18 June 2015. Career Born in Derry, Graeme McCarter began playing for Ireland at Under-15 level. He also played badminton, and represented Ireland, but chose to pursue cricket instead as he felt he was better at it. McCarter joined Gloucestershire's academy in late 2008, and in November 2010 he signed a two-year contract with the club. 2012 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup
The 2012 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup was a one-day cricket competition for sixteen international U-19 cricketing teams which was held in August 2012. This was the ninth time that the tournament was held since its inception back in 1988. The tournament was held in Australia for the second time after previously hosting it in 1988 with the tournament being held across three cities (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Townsville). Six teams qualified from the qualifying event as they joined the full members that automatically qualified through to the World Cup. The teams were separated into four groups of four with the top two teams qualifying through to the Super League while the bottom two will compete in the Plate Championship. After finishing second in their group, India beat Australia in the final by six wickets to win their third title after previously winning in 2000 and 2008. Irish Cricket Team In The Netherlands In 2021
The Ireland cricket team toured the Netherlands in June 2021 to play three One Day International (ODI). The ODI matches formed part of the inaugural 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League. The teams last played an ODI against each other in July 2013, during the 2011–2013 ICC World Cricket League Championship, with the match ending in a tie. Cricket Ireland confirmed the fixtures in February 2021, and the matches were played at the Sportpark Maarschalkerweerd in Utrecht. The matches were shown on Ziggo in the Netherlands, the first time a Dutch international cricket series was broadcast live in the country. Craig McDermott
Craig John McDermott (born 14 April 1965) is a former Australian cricketer. Between 1984 and 1996 he played 71 Tests for Australia, taking 291 wickets. Following the end of his playing career, he was the bowling coach for the Australian team for two spells between 2011 and 2016. International career McDermott was the spearhead of the Australian attack in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He was powerfully built at 191 cm tall. He started his career with Queensland in 1983–84 and made his Test match debut for Australia in 1984–85 whilst still 19 v West Indies (his youth engendering his nickname "Billy" – from Billy the Kid). Joseph Liam Denly (born 16 March 1986) is an English professional cricketer who plays for Kent County Cricket Club. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional leg break bowler who plays as a top-order batsman. The 2012 Clydesdale Bank 40 tournament was the third season of the ECB 40 limited overs cricket competition for the English and Welsh first-class counties. In addition to the 18 counties, Scotland and the Netherlands took part, as well as the Unicorns, a team of players who did not have first-class contracts. Bowled
In cricket, the term bowled has several meanings. First, is the act of propelling the ball towards the wicket defended by a batsman.
