Gordon Wild
Gordon Wild (born 16 October 1995) is a German professional footballer who plays as a left winger. College career Wild played one year of college soccer at University of South Carolina Upstate in 2015, before moving to the University of Maryland, where he played for two years. Professional career Ahead of the 2018 MLS SuperDraft, Wild signed a Generation Adidas contract with MLS. On 17 January 2018, Wild was selected 37th overall in the SuperDraft by Atlanta United. In February 2018, Wild was loaned to United Soccer League side Charleston Battery. He made his professional debut on 17 March 2018 as an 80th-minute substitute in a 1–0 loss to FC Cincinnati. On 17 July 2019, Wild was waived by Atlanta. Wild was signed a week later by D.C. United. He made his first non-official appearance for D.C. The 2018 MLS SuperDraft was the nineteenth SuperDraft conducted by Major League Soccer. As customary, the SuperDraft was held in conjunction with the annual United Soccer Coaches convention. The 2018 Charleston Battery season was the club's 26th year of existence, their 15th season in the second tier of the United States Soccer Pyramid.
