Good Kid
Good Kid is a five-member indie rock band from Toronto, Ontario. It consists of five members: lead vocalist Nick Frosst, drummer Jon Kereliuk, bassist Michael Kozakov, and guitarists David Wood and Jacob Tsafatinos. The band's mascot, known as Nomu Kid, is primarily featured in their marketing and social media. They released their first self titled EP, in 2018. It was followed by ''Good Kid 2'' two years later. In late 2020, the band gained popularity through the use of their music on ''Fortnite'' streams. The band released their EP ''Good Kid 3'' on April 14, 2023, which contains two of their most streamed songs on Spotify, ''Mimi's Delivery Service'' and ''No Time to Explain.'' PUP (abbreviation for Pathetic Use of Potential) is a Canadian punk rock band formed in Toronto, Ontario in 2010, originally under the name Topanga. PUP's debut album ''PUP (album), PUP'' was released on October 8, 2013, on Royal Mountain Records. In December 2013, PUP signed with SideOneDummy Records and re-released their debut album in the United States on April 8, 2014. Kana-Boon (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese rock band formed in 2008. They made their major debut with Ki/oon Music in 2013. Ever since, they've had four albums reach the top ten on the weekly Oricon Albums Chart, with ''Doppel'' being their best-charting album, reaching the third place on the chart. They have also had five singles reach the top ten on the weekly Oricon Singles Chart, with being their best-charting single, reaching the sixth place on the chart. Bloc Party are an English Rock music, rock band that was formed in London, England, London in 1999 by co-founders Kele Okereke (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, piano, sampler) and Russell Lissack (lead guitar). Their first four albums all featured Gordon Moakes (bass, keyboards) and Matt Tong (drums), who have since left the band. Their current lineup also contains Louise Bartle (drums, percussion) and Harry Deacon (bass, synthesizers). The Strokes
The Strokes are an American Rock music, rock band formed in New York City in 1998. Phoneboy
Phoneboy are an American alternative/indie rock band from Hoboken, New Jersey, United States consisting of singer/guitarists Wyn Barnum and Ricky Dana, bassist James Fusco, and singer/keyboardist Jordan Torres. Creation Wyn Barnum decided to create the band with Ricky Dana after meeting each other at Stevens Institute of Technology that didn't have a large "Indie scene". They also decided to bring in Barnum's childhood friend, James Fusco, and the three of them bonded over their love of music and decided to form the band. They had thought of the name for the band to be 'Wyn and Ricky' but decide to change it to 'Phoneboy' in reference to Dana's phone usage.
