"Good Job" is a song by American singer and songwriter Alicia Keys. It was written by Keys, The-Dream, Swizz Beatz and Avery Chambliss and produced by Keys. The song was released through RCA Records on April 23, 2020, as the fourth single from Keys' seventh studio album ''Alicia'' (2020). A piano ballad, the song is dedicated to frontline workers fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic. The song received a positive critical reception, with many complimenting the song's message and Keys' vocals. Keys premiered the song during a performance on CNN, which was used as the song's visual. Lyric video for the song was released on May 28, 2020. Background "Good Job" was written by Keys in 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic. Inspiration behind the song were people in Keys' own life who "work so hard and never hear the words 'good job'", such as her mother and grandmother. ''Good Job!'' is a 2020 puzzle video game developed by Dutch developer Paladin Studios and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch console. The player controls a megacorporation CEO's son in completing exaggerated office tasks in destructive playground-style puzzles to climb the corporate ladder. Although there are normal ways to complete the levels, the player can be as destructive and creative as they like to beat the level faster. After good impressions from both companies, Nintendo and Paladin Studios met together to create an experimental game. Rip Slyme (often stylized as RIP SLYME) is a Japanese hip hop group. In its best known incarnation, it was primarily composed of four MCs (Ryo-Z, Ilmari, Pes & Su) and a DJ, Fumiya. Pes and Su have since parted ways with the group. Their sound is influenced by old-school hip hop and other western rappers such as The Pharcyde, De La Soul, Public Enemy, Jurassic 5, the Beastie Boys, DJ Premier and Leaders of the New School. During their career, they have released two indie albums, ten major albums, one live album, one indies collection, and three best-of albums. They released six singles as an indie act, and 17 with a major label. On October 31, 2018 the group announced that they were suspending all activities.
