Goniurosaurus Araneus
''Goniurosaurus'' is a genus of geckos in the Family (biology), family Eublepharidae. The genus contains 27 species. Members species are known by various common names including cave geckos, ground geckos, leopard geckos, and tiger geckos. Members of this genus are found in China, Japan, and Vietnam. For this reason they are also known commonly as Asian geckos. Diet Geckos of the genus ''Goniurosaurus'' mainly feed on small insects. Species The following 27 species are recognized as being valid. Kuroiwa's ground gecko (''Goniurosaurus kuroiwae'') (from Japanese: :ja:クロイワトカゲモドキ, クロイワトカゲモドキ/:ja:黒岩蜥蜴擬, 黒岩蜥蜴擬), also known Common name, commonly as Kuroiwa's eyelid gecko, Kuroiwa's leopard gecko, the Okinawan ground gecko, the Ryukyu eyelid gecko, and the Tokashiki gecko, is a species of lizard in the Family (biology), family Eublepharidae. The species is Endemism, endemic to the Okinawa Islands in the Ryukyu Archipelago, Japan. Parasites Kuroiwa's ground gecko is a common host for the parasite ''Cryptosporidium serpentis''. This parasite is detrimental to the health of the gecko and causes severe gastrointestinal problems. Symptoms of a ''C. serpentis'' infection include: diarrhea, vomiting, and emaciation. Herbert Rösler (15 June 1924 – 11 November 2006) was a German artist, writer and designer. He worked as a painter, graphic designer, sculptor, developed models for futuristic architecture, designed clothes, furniture and handcrafted jewelry. Furthermore, he is also known as founder of the Christian work- and housing-community ''Gruppe 91'' (''Group 91''), their beliefs and lifestyle have similarities to the Jesus movement. Hrotsvitha (–973) was a secular canoness who wrote drama and Christian poetry under the Ottonian dynasty. She was born in Bad Gandersheim to Saxon nobles and entered Gandersheim Abbey as a canoness. She is considered the first female writer from the Germanosphere, the first female historian, the first person since the Fall of the Roman Empire to write dramas in the Latin West, and the first German female poet. Hrotsvitha's six short dramas are considered to be her most important works.
