Gloria (Bulgarian Singer)
Galina Peneva Ivanova (), born 28 June 1973), known professionally as Gloria (), is a Bulgarian singer, sometimes referred to as the "Honorific nicknames in popular music, Prima of Bulgarian pop-folk music". She was awarded the title Singer of the year in 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2004, and Singer of the decade in 2007. Gloria is the only representative of the pop-folk genre with 4 independent concerts in Hall 1 of the prestigious National Palace of Culture in Sofia. National Palace Of Culture
The National Palace of Culture (, ; abbreviated as , NDK), located in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, is one of the largest multifunctional conference and cultural centers in the world. It was opened in 1981 in celebration of Bulgaria's 1300th anniversary. The centre was initiated at the suggestion of Lyudmila Zhivkova, daughter of the communist leader of the former People's Republic of Bulgaria Todor Zhivkov. The project was designed by a team of Bulgarian and foreign architects led by Alexander Georgiev Barov (1931–1999) along with Ivan Kanazirev. The landscaping of Bulgaria Square in front of the National Palace of Culture was designed by another team of architects and landscape engineers, led by Atanas Agura. Luna (Serbian Pop Group)
Luna () is a popular pop group from Serbia with considerable popularity throughout the former Yugoslavia. The key group member is multi-instrumentalist and composer Čeda Čvorak (born Čedomir Rajičić). They released ten studio albums. Luna have been recording albums since the late 1990s, and popular songs have included ''Drugarice'' (''Girlfriend'') with Svetlana Ražnatović (Ceca), and more recently ''Ne ostavljaj me'' (''Don't leave me''), featuring Gloria from Bulgaria (one of a number of songs sung in Bulgarian and Serbian). The song was originally released by Luna in 1999 and sounds like the Sisters Of Mercy's song " This Corrosion". The first and best known lead singer was Serbian female singer Maja Marković, who stayed in the group from 1997. Payner LTD () is an independent Bulgarian record label and production company. It was founded in 1990 by Bulgarian businessman Mitko Dimitrov. It is often referred as the largest in size record label in terms of roster within the country with over 100 artists currently signed. Ruse (also transliterated as Rousse, Russe; ) is the fifth-largest city in Bulgaria.
