Glen Batticciotto
Glen Charles Batticciotto (born 18 August 1981) is an Australian cricketer who played for Queensland and the Australian under-19 side. A left-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler, Batticciotto began his career with the Queensland U-19 team and the Queensland Academy of Sport as well as playing for Australia in the U-19 World Cup. He made his List-A and Twenty20 debut for Queensland in 2008, before making his first class cricket debut on 13 October 2009 following a period of strong form which earned him the Peter Burge Medal. Career Strong performances at club cricket level in Brisbane brought Batticciotto to the Australian U-19 team alongside Mitchell Johnson, Shane Watson and Michael Clarke. He made two appearances in January 2000 during the U-19 World Cup, however he failed at both opportunities. The first, against Ireland's U-19 on 13 January, saw Batticciotto score a first-ball duck. Redcliffe, Queensland
Redcliffe is a town and suburb in the Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, Australia. It also refers colloquially to the Redcliffe Peninsula as a whole, a peninsula jutting into Moreton Bay which contains several other suburbs. The Western Australian Men’s cricket team, formerly nicknamed the Western Warriors, represent the Australian state of Western Australia in Australian domestic cricket. The team is selected and supported by the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA), and plays its home games at the WACA Ground and Perth Stadium in Perth. The KFC Twenty20 Big Bash was a domestic Twenty20 cricket competition in Australia. The competition was organised by Cricket Australia, and sponsored by fast food chicken outlet KFC. Essex CCC
Essex County Cricket Club is one of eighteen first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Essex. Founded in 1876, the club had minor county status until 1894 when it was promoted to first-class status pending its entry into the County Championship in 1895, since then the team has played in every top-level domestic cricket competition in England. Essex currently play all their home games at the County Cricket Ground, Chelmsford.
