Glavinitsa Municipality () is a municipality (''obshtina'') in Silistra Province, Northeastern Bulgaria, located along the right bank of Danube river in the Danubian Plain (Bulgaria), Danubian Plain in the area of the South Dobruja, South Dobrudzha geographical region. It is named after its administrative centre – the town of Glavinitsa. The municipality embraces a territory of Characterization of Silistra Province

A province is an administrative division within a country or state. The term derives from the ancient Roman , which was the major territorial and administrative unit of the Roman Empire's territorial possessions outside Italy.
