Giovonnie Lavette Samuels (born November 13, 1985) is an American actress and voice artist best known for her role as Nia Moseby in '' The Suite Life of Zack & Cody'' and for being a series regular on '' All That'' from seasons 7–9. Life and career Samuels was born in San Diego, California. She began appearing on '' All That'' during 2002, quickly becoming one of the most regularly featured actresses on the show, alongside Jamie Lynn Spears and others. Samuels also appeared in episodes of '' That's So Raven'' as Raven's cousin, Betty Jane, and reprised her role again in 2022 in '' Raven's Home''. She also appeared on ''Boston Public''. Samuels has also done voiceover work for Bill Cosby's animated show, ''Fatherhood'', on Nick at Nite.
