He competed in the Diving at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Men's synchronized 3 metre springboard, men's synchronized 3 metre springboard at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where he and Andrea Chiarabini finished 6th out of 8 teams. 2020 European Aquatics Championships
The 2020 European Aquatics Championships (also known as the 2021 European Aquatics Championships; 35th) were scheduled to take place in Budapest, Hungary, from 11 to 24 May 2020. However, on 5 May it was announced that the event had been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with 10 to 23 May 2021 set as replacement dates. The men's synchronised 3 metre springboard diving competition at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro took place on 10 August 2016 at the Maria Lenk Aquatic Center in Barra da Tijuca. Competition format The competition was held in a single stage with each two-person team making six rounds of dives. There were eleven judges scoring each dive made by each team - three judges for each diver, six in total; and five judges for synchronisation. Only the middle score counted for each diver, with the middle three counting for synchronisation. The FISU World University Games, formerly the Universiade, is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The former name is a Blend word, portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad". European Diving Championships
The European Diving Championships are biennial diving competitions, organized by LEN. The meet features divers from Europe, competing in events on 1-meter and 3-meter springboards and on 10-meter platform. The meet has traditionally been held in June. History Diving was an integral part of the European Aquatics Championships since its introduction in 1926. A separate Diving Championships were first held in 2009 in Turin, and featured 10 events: individual diving from 1-meter springboard, 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform among both men and women, and synchronized diving from 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform among both men and women as well.
