Gimme Some More
"Gimme Some More" is a song by American rapper Busta Rhymes. It was released as the second single from his third studio album '' Extinction Level Event: The Final World Front'' on October 26, 1998, by Flipmode Entertainment and Elektra Records. The song was written by Rhymes and its producer DJ Scratch. The violin riffs that accompany the main beat are sampled from the opening theme to Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film '' Psycho,'' composed by Bernard Herrmann. It is often considered to be the very summit of Busta's complex, breathless, high-speed rhyming delivery, which was most prominent in his early work. In 2000, it was nominated for Best Rap Solo Performance at the Grammy Awards, but it lost to Eminem's " My Name Is." Rhymes first performed the song live with The Roots on ''Saturday Night Live'' with "Tear da Roof Off" on February 13, 1999. He also performed the song live in 1999 at MTV Spring Break, the 1999 Soul Train Music Awards, at the Knitting Factory Brooklyn, New Yo ...

Absurdism
Absurdism is the philosophical theory that the universe is irrationality, irrational and meaningless. It states that trying to find meaning leads people into conflict with a seemingly meaningless world. This conflict can be between Rationality, rational humanity and an irrational universe, between intention and outcome, or between subjectivity and objectivity (philosophy), subjective assessment and objective worth, but the precise definition of the term is disputed. Absurdism claims that, due to one or more of these conflicts, existence ''as a whole'' is absurdity#The Absurd, absurd. It differs in this regard from the less global thesis that some ''particular'' situations, persons, or phases in life are absurd. Various components of the absurd are discussed in the academic literature, and different theorists frequently concentrate their definition and research on different components. On the practical level, the conflict underlying the absurd is characterized by the individual' ...

Fisheye Lens
A fisheye lens is an ultra wide angle lens, ultra wide-angle lens that produces strong Distortion (optics), visual distortion intended to create a wide panorama, panoramic or Sphere#Hemisphere, hemispherical image. Fisheye lenses achieve extremely wide angle of view, angles of view, well beyond any rectilinear lens. Instead of producing images with straight lines of perspective (rectilinear lens, rectilinear images), fisheye lenses use a special mapping ("distortion"; for example: Lambert azimuthal equal-area projection, equisolid angle, see below), which gives images a characteristic convex non-rectilinear appearance. The term ''fisheye'' was coined in 1906 by American physicist and inventor Robert W. Wood based on how a fish would see an ultrawide hemispherical view from beneath the water (a phenomenon known as Snell's window). Their first practical use was in the 1920s for use in meteorology to study cloud formation giving them the name ''whole-sky lenses''. The angle of view ...

Tempo
In musical terminology, tempo (Italian for 'time'; plural 'tempos', or from the Italian plural), measured in beats per minute, is the speed or pace of a given musical composition, composition, and is often also an indication of the composition's character or atmosphere. In classical music, tempo is typically indicated with an instruction at the start of a piece (often using conventional Italian terms) and, if a specific metrical pace is desired, is usually measured in beat (music), beats per minute (bpm or BPM). In modern classical compositions, a "metronome mark" in beats per minute, indicating only measured speed and not any form of expression, may supplement or replace the normal tempo marking, while in modern genres like electronic dance music, tempo will typically simply be stated in bpm. By the end of the Baroque era, however, conventional academic views of B minor had shifted: Composer-theorist Francesco Galeazzi (1758–1819) opined that B minor was not suitable for music in good taste. Beethoven labelled a B-minor melodic idea in one of his sketchbooks as a "black key". Scale degree chords The scale degree chords of B minor are: * ...

Key (music)
In music theory, the key of a piece is the group of pitches, or scale, that forms the basis of a musical composition in Western classical music, jazz music, art music, and pop music. A particular key features a '' tonic (main) note'' and its corresponding '' chords'', also called a ''tonic'' or ''tonic chord'', which provides a subjective sense of arrival and rest. The tonic also has a unique relationship to the other pitches of the same key, their corresponding chords, and pitches and chords outside the key. Notes and chords other than the tonic in a piece create varying degrees of tension, resolved when the tonic note or chord returns. The key may be in the major mode, minor mode, or one of several other modes. Musicians assume major when this is not specified; for example, "this piece is in C" implies that the key of the piece is C major. Popular songs and classical music from the common practice period are usually in a single key; longer pieces in the classical repe ...

In a music score the time signature appears as two stacked numerals, such as (spoken as ''four–four time''), or a time symbol, such as (spoken as ''common time''). It immediately follows the key signature (or if there is no key signature, the clef symbol). A mid-score time signature, usually immediately following a barline, indicates a change of meter. Most time signatures are either simple (the note values are grouped in pairs, like , , and ), or compound (grouped in threes, like , , and ). Less common signatures indicate complex, mixed, additive, and irrational meters. Time signature notation Most time signatures consist of two numerals, one stacked above the other: * ...
