Gilberto Hirata
Gilberto Antonio Hirata Chico (born 17 January 1952) is a Mexican politician who served as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies representing the Third Federal Electoral District of Baja California (corresponding to the urban area of Ensenada, Baja California) and as a state deputy in the XIX Legislature of the Congress of Baja California. He formerly served as municipal president of the Ensenada Municipality. Valle De Guadalupe, Baja California
The Valle de Guadalupe (Guadalupe Valley) is an agricultural region in the Ensenada Municipality, Baja California, Mexico that produces an estimated 70 percent of Mexican wine. In recent years, it has become a popular tourist destination for wine and Baja Med cuisine. The Valle de Guadalupe is located north of the Ensenada, Baja California, City of Ensenada and southeast of the San Ysidro Port of Entry, border crossing from San Diego to Tijuana.
