Pan Sutong is a Hong Kong based businessman and investor. He is the founder of Matsunichi Digital Holdings Limited, a company involved in consumer electronics. HD Voice
Wideband audio, also known as wideband voice or HD voice, is high definition voice quality for telephony audio, contrasted with standard digital telephony "toll quality".
