''Ghetto Blaster'' is a studio album by American hip hop producer Push Button Objects. It was released on Chocolate Industries in 2003. It is the follow-up to ''Dirty Dozen''. Critical reception Mark Pytlik of AllMusic gave the album 4 stars out of 5, calling it "an admirable reinvention that should indoctrinate [Edgar] Farinas into the new school of bleeding-edge underground hip-hop producers." Rollie Pemberton of ''Pitchfork (website), Pitchfork'' gave the album a 7.2 out of 10, saying: "Surrounded by the highly polished sample fests of RJD2 and the ridiculously technical chop-a-thons of Prefuse 73, Push Button Objects is lost in the fold, regardless of his clear production prowess." Todd Hutlock of ''Stylus Magazine'' gave the album a grade of C+, writing: "Mostly, I found myself wishing that Farinas would just make separate rap and instrumental albums next time out." Edgar Farinas, (born December 7, 1974), better known by his stage name Push Button Objects (abbreviated PBO), is an American hip hop producer from Miami, Florida. He is one half of Ko-Wreck Technique along with DJ Craze. Push Button Objects has released recordings for labels such as Chocolate Industries, Skam Records and Schematic Records. Career In 1997, Push Button Objects released the self-titled debut EP, ''Push Button Objects'', on Schematic Records. In 2000, his first album, ''Dirty Dozen'', was released on Chocolate Industries. CMJ New Music Report
CMJ Holdings Corp. is a music events and online media company, originally founded in 1978, which ran a website, hosted an annual festival in New York City, and published two magazines, ''CMJ New Music Monthly'' and ''CMJ New Music Report''. The company folded around 2017, but was bought by Amazing Radio in 2019 who will bring back the CMJ Music Marathon in New York, along with other new live and live-streamed offerings. Chocolate is a food made from roasted and ground cacao seed kernels that is available as a liquid, solid, or paste, either on its own or as a flavoring agent in other foods. Cacao has been consumed in some form since at least the Olmec civilization (19th-11th century BCE), and the majority of Mesoamerican people ─ including the Maya and Aztecs ─ made chocolate beverages. Theodore Arrington III (born February 5, 1978), better known by his stage name Vast Aire, is an American rapping, rapper from New York City. He is one half of the New York hip hop duo Cannibal Ox, which consists of him and fellow rapper Vordul Mega. He is also a member of the rap group Atoms Family. DJ Craze (born Arist Delgado; November 19, 1977), is a Nicaraguan American DJ and record producer who plays hip hop, Miami bass, trap, breaks, dubstep, drum and bass, and practices turntablism.
