German Kino Plus
German Kino Plus (GKP) is a German language television channel in the United States owned by FennFamLLC. It is the first German-language television channel based in the U.S. and features programming from Germany. History German Kino Plus was officially launched on May 4, 2007, on Dish Network. On October 2, 2012, Dish Network dropped the channel from its line-up and it went off the air. Standard-definition television (SDTV; also standard definition or SD) is a television system that uses a resolution that is not considered to be either high or enhanced definition. ''Standard'' refers to offering a similar resolution to the analog broadcast systems used when it was introduced. Marietta is a city in and the county seat of Cobb County, Georgia, United States. At the 2020 census, the city had a population of 60,972.
