Georgios Bogris
Georgios Bogris (alternate spelling: Giorgos , Greek: Γιώργος Μπόγρης; born 19 February 1989 nicknamed as "Bogrihno") is a Greek professional basketball player. He is 2.10 m (6 ft 10 in) tall, 109 kg (240 lbs.) in weight, and he plays at the center position. Professional career Bogris began his pro career in the Greek 2nd Division with Ilysiakos in 2006. In 2009, he signed a four-year deal with the 1st-tier level Greek Basket League club Panathinaikos. In August 2011, Bogris signed with Peristeri, but he was released from the team in November. In the summer of 2012, Bogris signed with Panionios of the Greek Basket League. In September 2013, he signed with PAOK. In August 2014, Bogris signed with Liga ACB team Andorra. The FIBA U20 EuroBasket is the new name for the FIBA U20 European Championship, originally known as the European Championship for Men '22 and Under'. It is a men's youth basketball competition that was inaugurated with the 1992 edition. Through the 2004 edition, it was held biennially, but since the 2005 edition, it is held every year. The tournament was originally an Under-22 age tournament, but it is now an Under-20 age tournament. The current champions are France. Starting with the 2005 B edition, a Division B tournament, which is the secondary level of the European Under-20 Basketball Championship, is also organized. Since the 2013 B edition, the top three placed teams at each year's Division B tournament are promoted to the next year's Division A Championship.
