George Galamaz
George Daniel Galamaz (born 5 April 1981) is a Romanian former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Defender (football)#Centre-back, centre-back, currently head of youth development at Liga I club CFR Cluj. Club career He played for Unirea Urziceni. On 31 August 2010, he signed a contract with FCSB, Steaua București, together with his former teammates from Ricardo Gomes Vilana, Ricardo, Laurenţiu Marinescu, Marinescu, Iulian Apostol, Apostol, Marius Bilaşco, Bilaşco and Marius Onofraş, Onofraş: the following week, Pablo Brandán, Brandán also signed. On 30 October 2011, a Romanian football spectator hit Galamaz after running past security on to the pitch during an away game with Petrolul Ploiești. Liga I
Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. Supercupa României
The Supercupa României () is a Romanian football (soccer), football championship contested by the winners of the Liga I and the Cupa României. It is usually played at the Arena Națională in Bucharest. The competition started off in 1994 Supercupa României, 1994, with the first edition being won by FCSB, Steaua București. In 2010 Supercupa României, 2010, for the first time in its history, the Supercup was held even though CFR Cluj had been victorious in both the league and the cup in the previous season. The 2000–01 Divizia B was the 61st season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format has been maintained to two series, each of them having 18 teams. At the end of the season, the winners of the series promoted to Divizia A and the last six places from both series relegated to Divizia C. Two more teams relegated this season due to the reduction of team in the next season, from 36 (2x18) to 32 (2x16). The Liga 2, most commonly spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07 football season. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company under the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Since its inception in 1934, Liga II has had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. Pablo Brandán
Pablo Daniel Brandán (; born 5 March 1983) is an Argentine former footballer and manager. Career Brandán was born in Merlo. He won the 2008–09 Liga I edition with Unirea Urziceni, under the coaching of Dan Petrescu. In the same season he was selected the Liga I left back of the year. In September 2010 he signed a contract with Steaua București before follow teammates from Unirea Urziceni: Galamaz, Ricardo, Marinescu, Apostol and Bilașco who signed one week earlier. He was part of the team which played in the 2009–10 UEFA Champions League group stage. In the 2011–12 Liga I season, Brandán began being used as a central midfielder and central defender, although his main post is on the left flank of the defence.
