Geometric Rigidity
In discrete geometry, geometric rigidity is a theory for determining if a geometric constraint system (GCS) has finitely many d-dimensional solutions, or Geometric constraint system#Definitions, frameworks, in some metric space. In mathematics, triangulation describes the replacement of topological spaces with simplicial complexes by the choice of an appropriate homeomorphism.
