Gaynor Faye
Gaynor Kay Mellor (born 26 August 1971), known professionally as Gaynor Faye, is an English actress and writer. She played Judy Mallett in television soap opera ''Coronation Street'' from 1995 until 1999 and Megan Macey in ''Emmerdale'' from 2012 until 2019. Early life Gaynor Faye was born in Leeds, England, to TV scriptwriter Kay Mellor and Anthony Mellor. Her maternal grandmother was Jewish. She has one sister, Yvonne. Career Faye has played the roles of Holly Quinn in BBC television drama series '' Playing the Field'', Lauren Harris in '' Fat Friends'', Georgia Lovett in '' Between the Sheets'' and Julie in ''Stan the Man''. Matt Evers (born March 16, 1976) is an American pair skater, model and actor. He is the 1998 U.S. Junior champion, and was a professional skater on the ITV series ''Dancing on Ice'' (2006–2023). Career With his partner Heather Allebach, Evers won the Junior pairs title at the 1998 U.S. Championships. The following season, they competed at three senior international events, 1998 Skate Canada International, 1998 Cup of Russia and 1998 Nebelhorn Trophy. ''The Syndicate'' is a British television drama series. It was written by Kay Mellor and is broadcast on BBC One. It sees five members of a betting syndicate win the lottery. Each series follows a different syndicate. The first series is set in a Leeds supermarket; the second, a public hospital in Bradford; the third, a crumbling stately home near Scarborough; and the fourth is set between a dog kennel in Yorkshire and Monaco. The theme tune for the first two series of the show is " All or Nothing", by the Small Faces. For the third series, a cover version of the same song performed by Scars on 45 was used. The score is composed by guitarist Hal Lindes from Dire Straits. The theme tune for Season four of the show is a cover of "The Gambler" performed by David Nowakowski featuring Rising Fever.
