Ganosanhati Andolan () is a progressive political party in Bangladesh. The party was launched on 29 August 2002, with a call for "people to build their own political power". Its slogan is 'change is possible, change is wanted'. Bangladesh Election Commission registered this party as a political party on 17 September 2024. Zonayed Saki () is a Bangladeshi politician. He is currently the Chief Co-ordinator of Ganosanhati Andolan. Career On November 4 and 5, 2016, he assumed the duties as the chief coordinator of the central executive committee of the Ganosanhati Andolan in the special organizational conference. However, since the establishment of mass solidarity movement on August 29, 2002, he has been serving as a coordinator. In 1990, he joined the political struggle by participating in the anti-dictatorship movement. When the anti-dictatorship movement ended, he joined the Student Federation of Bangladesh. Taslima Akhter (born 1974) is a Bangladeshi activist and photographer. She is a graduate of Dhaka University, as well as the photography school Pathshala. She is a member of several activist organizations. While documenting the Rana Plaza collapse in 2013, she took a photograph of a woman and a man who had died in each other's arms, which became emblematic of the incident.
