Jonathan James Gannon (born January 4, 1983) is an American professional American football, football coach who is the head coach for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He came to prominence as the defensive coordinator of the Philadelphia Eagles, helping the team reach Super Bowl LVII. He also previously served as an assistant coach for the Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, Minnesota Vikings, and Indianapolis Colts. Gannon is a British academic psychologist and chartered psychologist, and is a full professor at the University of Kent specialising in forensic psychology, especially of deliberate firestarters and sexual offenders. Gannon is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, and was awarded the British Psychological Society's Division of Forensic Psychology Lifetime Contribution to Forensic Psychology Award. Terrance Patrick Gannon (born November 1, 1963) is a sportscaster for NBC Sports, Golf Channel and Peacock, currently announcing golf, gymnastics, figure skating, and college basketball. Gannon played basketball for North Carolina State University, and under coach Jim Valvano, he was a member of the 1983 Wolfpack "Cardiac Pack" national championship-winning team. Richard Joseph Gannon (born December 20, 1965) is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 17 seasons. Subsequently, he was a sports commentator with CBS Sports for 16 years. Gannon was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and played college football for the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens in coach Tubby Raymond's Wing-T offense.
