Galilei Donna
is an original anime television series created by Yasuomi Umetsu and produced by Fuji TV, Aniplex, Kyoraku, Dentsu, and A-1 Pictures. It is directed by Umetsu, with Shingo Adachi as a character designer, Niθ as a mechanical designer, and Shirō Hamaguchi composing the music. Episode 1 was previewed at a screening in Tokyo on October 5, 2013. Regular broadcasting began on October 10, 2013. Plot ''Galilei Donna'', set in 2061, is the story of the three Ferrari sisters—Hozuki, Kazuki, and Hazuki—descendants of Galileo Galilei who have completely different personalities and thus are constantly at odds with each other, until they are falsely accused of terrorism as part of a conspiracy involving an ancient treasure said to be left behind by Galileo. Yasuomi Umetsu
is a Japanese animator, director, writer, and storyboard artist. Career Umetsu studied at the and was originally not interested in pursuing a career in the anime industry, and instead wanted to pursue a career as a manga artist. While in his 20s, he drew a short manga for Kodansha and decided to give up on pursuing manga due to feeling that it wasn't for him. After graduating from vocational school, he had trouble finding a job, and was introduced to Tsuchida Production through the head of the department at his school, but he felt that the company's style didn't suit him and did work for other companies in the industry eventually resulting in his firing after 1-2 months. was a Japanese electronic rock band from Chiba Prefecture. Negoto formed in 2007 when the members were high school students. Noitamina
is a Japanese programming block on Fuji Television devoted to anime, originally broadcast every Thursday late night/Friday morning from 0:45 to 1:15 JST. It was launched with the intention of expanding the target audience beyond the typical young male demographic. The block debuted in April 2005 as a half-hour block. All anime production under the block are joint-venue by Fuji TV, Dentsu and usually Sony Music Entertainment Japan or its subsidiary Aniplex.
