Galerians
is a 1999 survival horror video game developed by Polygon Magic for the PlayStation. The game follows a boy named Rion who discovers he has psychic powers. He has amnesia, and in the process of learning his identity, he discovers that he is humanity's last hope for survival against the Galerians, genetically enhanced humans. The game has a sequel, '' Galerians: Ash'' on PlayStation 2. Gameplay ''Galerians'' is a survival horror game in the vein of early games in the ''Resident Evil'' series. ''Galerians'' employs the so-called "tank controls" scheme, in which pressing up causes the character to walk forward, while down causes the character to backpedal slowly – regardless of which direction the camera is pointing. Graphics are made up of polygonal characters on pre-rendered backgrounds. Sho-U Tajima

Chinfa Kan
(born June 24, 1953) is a Japanese lyricist of Korean descent. Biography Chinfa Kan was born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan, as a second-generation Zainichi. He graduated from Shizuoka Prefectural Hamamatsu-Nishi Senior and Junior High Schools. While attending Waseda University, he took up tanka writing and participated in the college's short song festivals. Kan made his debut as a lyricist in 1979 with Ann Lewis' "Shampoo", which was composed, arranged, and produced by Tatsuro Yamashita. He then wrote numerous hit songs with Tetsuji Hayashi. Kan also wrote lyrics for artists such as Hiromi Go, The Checkers, Agnes Chan, Akina Nakamori, Kyōko Koizumi, Anri, Miho Nakayama, KinKi Kids, Mika Nakashima, and BoA. In 1984, Kan won the Best Lyrics Award for Mariko Takahashi's "Momoiro Toiki" at the 26th Japan Record Awards. A year later, he won the Grand Prix for Nakamori's " Meu amor é..." Survival Horror
Survival horror is a Video game genre, subgenre of horror games. Although combat can be part of the gameplay, the player is made to feel less in control than in typical action games through limited ammunition or weapons, health, speed, and vision, or through various obstructions of the player's interaction with the game mechanics. The player is also challenged to find items that unlock the path to new areas and solve puzzles to proceed in the game. Games make use of strong horror themes, such as dark mazelike environments and Jump scare, unexpected attacks from enemies. The term "survival horror" was first used for the original Japanese release of ''Resident Evil (1996 video game), Resident Evil'' in 1996, which was influenced by earlier games with a horror theme such as 1989's ''Sweet Home (video game), Sweet Home'' and 1992's ''Alone in the Dark (1992 video game), Alone in the Dark''.
