Gachchi (film)
''Gachchi'' (also called ''The Terrace'') is a 2017 Marathi language Indian film. This film was directed by debutant Nachiket Samant and produced by Nitin Prakash Vaidya and Vidhi Kasliwal. The film stars Abhay Mahajan and Priya Bapat in lead roles. A Landmarc Films Presentation and a Nitin Vaidya Productions film, Gachchi was released in theatres on 22 December 2017. Priya Bapat (born 18 September 1986) is an Indian actress who mainly works in Marathi language, Marathi films. She is best known for her roles in the movies ''Kaksparsh'' and ''Aamhi Doghi'', for which she won the Best Actress award at the Screen Awards in 2013, and ''Happy Journey (2014 Marathi film), Happy Journey'', for which she won the Best Actress Maharashtra State Award and was nominated in the Best Actress category at the Filmfare Awards, Marathi Filmfare Awards in 2014. Vidhi Kasliwal is an Indian film director and producer, who is the founder and CEO of Landmarc Films. She has worked for Rajshri Productions, where she wrote and produced documentaries, and worked as an assistant to directors Sooraj R. Barjatya and Kaushik Ghatak. Early life and education Kasliwal grew up in Mumbai, the eldest of four siblings. She went to Villa Theresa High School.
