Ñemby () is a city in the Central Department of Paraguay. It is part of the Gran Asunción metropolitan area. Miss Earth 2009, the 9th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on November 22, 2009 at the Boracay Ecovillage Resort and Convention Center in Boracay, Malay, Aklan, Philippines.
